Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any Intira Path program or using our website. By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
- "Company" means Intira Path, operating from 64 Hua Hin Soi 51, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand.
- "Participant" / "You" means any individual who registers for or attends a Company program, or uses the Company website.
- "Program" means any workshop, session, or educational course offered by the Company.
- "Website" means the Company's website at intirapaten.pro.
- "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a Program or using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Website or attend Company programs.
3. Service Description
Intira Path provides in-person financial education workshops in Hua Hin, Thailand. Our Programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice. We do not provide personalised investment recommendations, brokerage services, or financial planning services regulated under Thai law.
Program availability is subject to minimum enrolment numbers and scheduling at the Company's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Program if required, with reasonable notice provided to registered participants.
4. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the relevant Program. Confirmation details will be communicated to the email address provided at registration.
Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of registration information provided. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect your ability to attend.
5. Fees and Payment
Current program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials, workbooks, and refreshments provided during sessions:
- Second Income Evaluation: ฿3,300 per participant
- Bonds and Debentures for Beginners: ฿7,700 per participant
- Joint Family Financial Governance: ฿14,200 per participant
All fees are payable in full at registration. The Company accepts bank transfer and other payment methods as notified at the time of booking. Fees do not include any independent professional advice a participant may choose to seek following attendance.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Participants who need to cancel or reschedule their attendance should notify us as early as possible.
- 7 or more days before the Program: free transfer to an alternative session date. No refund will be issued, but credit is retained for a future cohort.
- Less than 7 days before the Program: no transfer or refund is available except in cases of documented medical emergency or bereavement, at the Company's discretion.
- Company cancellation: if the Company cancels a Program, registered participants will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative date, at the participant's choice.
7. Educational Disclaimer
All Program content is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing presented in any Program constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision based on information encountered in a Program.
The Company makes no representation that any outcome, financial or otherwise, will result from attending a Program.
8. Participant Responsibilities
By registering, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with other participants and facilitators
- Refrain from recording any session without prior written consent from the Company
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute session materials without permission
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants' contributions during group discussions
9. Intellectual Property
All program materials, workbooks, and website content are the intellectual property of Intira Path. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials received during Programs for their own private reference only. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is permitted without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, the Company's total liability to any participant arising from or related to a Program or the Website shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the relevant Program. The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from attendance or non-attendance at a Program, or from reliance on any content encountered in a Program.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Intira Path harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of program materials, or your violation of any applicable law.
12. Termination
The Company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation from any individual who disrupts a session, acts inappropriately, or violates these Terms. No refund will be issued where termination results from participant misconduct.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or Company Programs shall first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and participants with respect to Program enrolment.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No Waiver: failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Notices: formal notices should be addressed to the email below or to our registered address.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via notice on the Website. Continued participation in our Programs following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
